R99: Identification of Safety Risk and Development of Mitigating Treatments for Narrow (4 m) Sealed Roads (2020/21)

This report has been prepared by the Australian Road Research Board (ARRB) with the assistance of the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR), through the National Asset Centre of Excellence (NACOE) partnership. The purpose of the project is to gain a better understanding of the crash risk on narrow single-lane sealed roads (< 4 m wide) across Queensland and to identify appropriate mitigation measures to assist practitioners improve the safety on this network.
