The Transport Network Reconstruction Program (TNRP) is the largest flood recovery work undertaken in the history of Queensland. Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) engaged ARRB to conduct a research project to evaluate the performance of the TNRP flood repair works. The key objective of the project is to identify best practices and lessons learnt during the flood recovery program. This annual summary report presents the findings from Year 3 of the multiple-year research project.
