This document provides a summary report on binder testing work conducted during Years 1 and 2 of NACOE Project P74 (2017-19). The main goal of the project was to develop a database of binder test properties that can be used to: 1. identify the changes and variability in quality-control and performance related properties of various grades of bitumen and polymer modified binders (PMBs) supplied in Queensland; 2. investigate the relationships between Australian specified test properties and rheological properties measured using the dynamic shear rheometer (DSR).
