Intelligent compaction (IC) provides valuable, important and immediate roller operating parameters to the operator (in the form of a visual and colour-coded map). The timely availability of this information can greatly assist with uniform compaction of pavement layers and earthworks in accordance with appropriate standards. IC data can also be uploaded and stored online for archiving and remote-monitoring purposes.
